Yoga (Hatha)
Yoga tones and firms the body, enhances the metabolism & teaches breathing techniques. It will strengthen and relax your muscles, improve posture and muscle tone and help you look and feel great. Wear comfortable clothes. Smaller, more personal groups to enhance your yoga experience.

30/30 Workout

Posture/Balance class
Come and learn how you can correct your posture and perform exercises to keep it great as you age.Balance will also be covered in a similar way with simple exercises you can perform daily to improve or maintain good balance (and avoid falls) as you age. Also learn stretches to keep your joints flexible to ensure active daily living.

30/30 for Seniors
Find aerobics impossible? Strength training too daunting? Then this might be the class for you. 30 minutes of easy moves to improve mobility and lessen stiffness, followed by 30 minutes of chair exercises (individual needs/abilities taken into account). No floor exercises.
